Cancellation/Rescheduling policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice or you will be charged for the session. If you have an emergency or illness, you can reschedule with less than a FULL 24 hours' notice if you call or email to let us know. If you do not show up for a scheduled session for any reason and provide no notice (latest notice can be five minutes past scheduled start time), we will not make up that time and you forfeit your session. If Tessa needs to reschedule, she will give you at least 24 hours' notice as well, barring an emergency or illness.
